Diana Mercier
MERCIER, DIANA - age 58 of Maynardville, formerly
of Sevier County, passed away Friday, January 30,
2009.

She was of the Baptist faith and was a member
of Wallace Memorial Church in Knoxville. She was
preceded in death by her father, William Lloyd Clabo;
and brother, Kenneth Clabo.

Survivors include: husband,
Larry Mercier; sons, Keith McCarter, Nathan Seagle and
Adam Seagle; grandchildren, Malachi Clements and Haley
Frederick Seagle; mother and step-father, Julia B. and
Robert Hayes; sisters, Rhonda Poste and Kathy Prevo;
numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service 7 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Atchley
Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Wright officiating.
Interment 1 PM Friday in Shiloh Cemetery. The family will
receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home,
Sevierville.

I first met Diana Mercia in the beginning
of New Image International.  She joined
soon after we started the company.

She was working as a waistress and one of our distributors
gave her a product brochure one night at the “Meeting
after the Meeting”.

She joined, and had a slow start, went through a divorce
and then married Larry who was also a distributor for NII.

They were a great team and quickly rose to the top of the
marketing plan. They were part of a great leadership team
in the Knoxville area for many years.

Please remember Larry in your thoughts and prayers who
is still in critical condition.

Losing 3 old friend and business associates in 1 week
is very hard to take.

I have said many times that the two greatest benefits of
being involved in network marketing is #1 The personal
development required for success and #2 The friendships
you make and the relationships you develop.

You have the opportunity to experience a lot of Joy with
other people but unfortunately every now and then you
also experience sadness. I guess that is what friendship
is really about, being their when someone needs you the
most.  It is during those trials we all have the opportuntiy
to find out who are friends really are.

2 women dead after head-on crash

MASCOT - Two women suffered fatal injuries Friday night
in a head-on crash in East Knox County when the vehicles
their husbands were driving collided head-on.

The dead were identified as 51-year-old Linda Jarnagin
of 2508 Mine Road, and Diana Mercier, 58, of Maynardville.
said Knox County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Martha
Dooley.

The crashed occurred at about 9:45 p.m. at 2508
Mine Road in the Mascot community, Dooley said.

Linda Jarnagin and husband Stanley Jarnagin, 63,
were driving south on Mine Road in a Chrysler minivan
when it went over a double yellow line and crashed head-on
into a northbound Ford Ranger carrying Diana Mercier and her
husband, Lawrence Mercier, 50, Dooley said. The Jarnagins
live nearby, she said.

Linda Jarnagin and Diana Mercier were taken by LifeStar
helicopter to the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
They died from their injuries, Dooley said.

Stanley Jarnagin and Lawrence Mercier were taken to the
hospital by Rural/Metro personnel. They were in critical condition
Saturday night, Dooley said.

As you know we are constantly testing many different

to get facebook to re-release the Chat To Text application.

After numerous calls and e-mails, we are continuing to work with facebook
to clear up the confusion around our application and business model.

As many of you know, network marketing is a legitimate business practice
that is legal in all 50 states and Canada and is not in violation of ANY of
facebook’s terms of service.  Therefore we continue to be optimistic that
once facebook reviews the application with their legal counsel, it will be
re-released.
