I think my favorite quote of all time is

“Formal Education makes you a living, if your become
Self-Educated your create a fortune”
JIM ROHN

I attempt to constantly stay in front of new marketing
trends, while learning from the past and to never
neglect the proven systems of the past.

There is so much going on right now, it is an
very exciting time.

What are you learning right now?

What is your focus?

These are powerful questions all successful people
should be asking themselves. When you are green
you grow, when you are ripe you rot.

Many people try to learn to make money. Others
learn to learn and refine their systems. Systems
and only systems can be duplicated over and over
in multiple markets.

Our primary focus this year has been

1) Kindle Publishing

Dawn and I have gone through multiple courses on this
subject. Most published, not fiction books are simply
lead generation tools for the authors. So we are not looking
at Kindle as a profit stream as much as we are a lead
generation tool.

We have converted some of my older books to Kindle,
and the last 3-4 books I have written, the only way I
offer them right now is through Kindle.

You can see my books on Amazon here:

Again, we are still in the process of learning and systemizing
our process. I know, it makes no sense for us
to not have books in PDF format, and yes we
should be placing books on the Barnes & Nobles
Nook. We are in the process of learning and working
through all of this as I speak.

If you do the research you will see, that experts say
that in the future, books will basically become extinct.
Any of us who have become avid readers over the years
have mixed emotions about that fact. However our
emotions, doesn’t change the fact. The truth is getting
in front of trends is always a smart move to make from
a marketing and lead generation standpoint.

We actually started our learning process on Kindle
at this website: http://cmgwebsitetraffic.com/links/2727

2) Mobile Text/SMS Marketing
We are testing new campaigns every month, trying to make
the math work. Quite frankly, this marketing method has
become so hot there is a ton of conflicting information
out there and no clear guru to learn from at this point.
We have invested several hundreds dollars this year on various
courses, and to this point we are still having hit and miss
results. You can find, good tools and information here:

http://www.MobileMarketingOnline.com

I know that this marketing method is the future. It makes
since with the right product and the right targeting. I am
going to continue to learn and test, and I find the potential
fascinating.

3) Facebook
There is nothing more frustrating for me as a marketer this year
than Facebook. We have had great success with paid ad campaigns
and totally bombed with others.

We have spent thousands of dollars this year, on training courses,
and paid FB ads. The challenge as soon as you start to figure it out
they change everything.

The rules are not in place.

Now that Google has released their website to compete with
Facebook it appears Facebook is almost in panic mode as the
media continues to beat them up over privacy issues and their
data collection process. By the way, I disagree with
the media stance on this. The only thing required for you to
give Facebook to set up an account is your name and email
address, everything else is voluntary!

If you don’t want it to be in cyber space then don’t put it on
Facebook!

For the money this Facebook course is still the best investment
we have made: http://cmgwebsitetraffic.com/links/2728
I create hundreds of leads a month through facebook and make
over $1,000 in affiliate commissions, but for the work and time
I have put into this it should be 10X what it is. It is hard to hit
a target when it keeps moving on you.

That is what Facebook continues to do. It is a constant evolution.

The groups, and fanpage codes and rules have changed m
ultiple times. For now, my focus is going to stay on the paid
ads aspect because that has stayed fairly consistent, and
there is no question that the targeting options they offer are
powerful. The challenge is to get your cost per clicks to a
manageable number.

In the meantime, I am very happy with the .09
cent clicks I get here every month:

http://cmgwebsitetraffic.com/links/2729 this program continues
to be the best $30 a month a spend on online advertising.

I just want to encourage you to recognize and stay in
front of trends. Without question that is where you
will find the greatest rewards for your marketing efforts.

Stay GREEN my friends!

Dale

It appears that this is the new trend. A new way
for google to Rank Websites.

If you have a website, that you are trying to keep
ranked high in the search engines, when you see
anything online about Google Plus 1, take the time
to read about it.

HERE IS THE LINK FROM GOOGLE.

“I cannot tell you what one person will do, but I can
tell you what 95 out of 100 will do”

People are predictable and because the real product
in network marketing is people, it makes the entire
business predictable.

I want to share with you a concept I have never
talked about before, but I have observed for thirty years.
I call this concept the Mental progressions of
Network Marketing leaders and the mental digression
of Network marketing failures.

When skeptical people with poor self images get
involved in network marketing the digression of their
mindset starts off bad, and then goes down hill, you
can count on it.

• I don’t think It will work for me.

(With no conviction or belief in what they are doing
they casually mention their product or opportunity to
four or five co-workers or family members, all who bring
up basic, common objections. Instead of directing
these people to a 3rd party presentation, they end up
talking too much and trying to sell these people on the
opportunity instead of the EVALUATION of the 3rd
party tool)

This obviously doesn’t work.

• Mindset moves to I knew it wouldn’t work for
me, I can’t sell

• Then the excuses start and it becomes
somebody’s fault, or blame their failure on the
company, the product, the people in their town,
their negative relatives, anybody except the fact
that they are lousy and don’t have any belief or
conviction about what they are doing.

This is 70% of the population and eventually all
leaders come to the conclusion that we would be
much better off if we just never sponsored these
people to begin with.

I talk about this in a video I did called “We are
only looking for 30% of the population” which you
can check out at www.MPBDiamond.com

The Mental Progression of a Network
Marketing Leader.

You can watch good people go through a
mental progression. As I share with
you these mental states some of you
will remember when you were at various
states, and you can probably identify
various people on your team that are at
a particular state right now. The secret
is to progress, or “grow past” each
state, and don’t hang around too long.
Some people get caught in a state and
never seem to be able to progress and
move forward. Don’t let this happen to
you or your team members!

#1 I am going to get Rich! When new
people really get a vision for the
duplication factor and residual income
that network marketing can provide,
they know that everyone they know
will be smart enough to jump on this
concept. Why would anyone want to
spend their life building someone else’s
dream when they can create residual
income? That is a great question, but
most of you know in the real world,
most people are afraid to try anything
new.

#2 AGGRAVATION and Frustration
When we realize that 70% of the population
has no vision. Then 50% of those that do
join, never make any effort what so
eve,r we tend to become discouraged
with the lies prospects tell us and the
terrible work ethic of those that do join.

Aggravation and frustration moves
in as we realize “people lie” the work
ethic in the United States stinks, these
are the first two major realities of this
business.

#3 SIMPLISTIC At this point, we
tend to play with the numbers and feel
like we can put together such a simple,
logical presentation, that only a fool
wouldn’t join. I have been there,
and have seen many people get stuck in
this stage.

Eventually it becomes real evident
that people do things for their reasons
not ours, and that 70% will not do a
thing no matter how logical a concept is,
or how much sense it makes. Those who
tend to focus on the numbers and
logic lose touch with human nature and
the realities of this business.

#4 DO IT ALL FOR THEM. This is how
ridiculous ideas like downline clubs,
lead co-ops, phone room closers, etc,
etc. are developed. The basic
concept is just give me x number of
dollars for the co-op advertising
and I will create the leads and close
them for you. The challenge?
Network marketing is a leadership
development business. You cannot
throw money at it to build an
organization of leaders. These types of
programs have been around for years
and years. It is comical. When
people get to this state of mind
whatever master plan they come up
with …. they know it will answer the
challenges and somehow activate
70% of the population who are going
to die broke no matter what.

Network marketing is not about finding
people who are willing to spend
40 bucks a month for an autoship and
join a downline building coop $200.

It is about developing leaders! If you
build people, people will build
the business!

#5 GO THROUGH THE NUMBERS AND
FIND 3 LEADERS A YEAR. This is
the stage that all leaders must get to,
to maximize their productivity. Many
potentially good people with leadership
abilities find themselves going in
and out of the first four levels. When
does this ever change?

When can you finally get yourself mentally
and emotionally to the point where
you understand the law of averages?
I believe it happens for most people
after they find somebody that wants
the business as bad as they do, and
are 100% committed and dedicated.

Until this happens, you will see people
come and go all the time. Some can
get focused and excited for a couple
of weeks, some a couple of months,
but a winner will stay focused and
excited for as long as it takes!

After you find your first real leader,
you know you can find another,
and another.

You first goal is to create momentum
and multiplication in your distributor
organization. However after two or
three years of finding and developing
three leaders a year, you will see the
number of leaders on your team start
to duplicate and at that point it is
game over ……… YOU WIN!

The goal is to get to Phase 5 as
soon as you can and don’t waste time on
gimmicks and short cuts.

Understand the Law of Averages and
Leadership Development and get it from
your head to your heart!

This is what finally pushed me over the
edge, in a good way.

Facebook enjoyed 162 million unique U.S. visitors during July.

This marks the second month in a row of record high traffic.

This comes from comScore’s latest monthly report on traffic.

During June, 160.8 million unique visitors hit Facebook and in
May there were 157.2 million uniques.

This data set quashes all prior chatter about Facebook possibly
losing its luster among U.S. users.

Setting a new record for traffic during the same month that
Google Plus launched at the very least indicates that the
competitor isn’t detracting from Facebook.

If anything, Google Plus may be increasing people’s appetites
for social media.

However, the traffic gain is barely more than one percent over
the previous month, and in terms of raw numbers. Google Plus
had gained about ten million users during July, but that’s starting
from nothing.

Earlier this year we talked about the important trends to
study this year would be Facebook Marketing, Mobile Marketing
and Marketing with Kindle Books.

That is still my belief and that is where our focus has been
this year, and will remain until these 3 marketing methods are
mastered.

The best information we have found for Mobile Marketing is
at http://www.MobileMarketingOnline.com

We have spent thousands of dollars this year on Facebook
Marketing courses. The best place to start is still here:

http://cmgwebsitetraffic.com/links/2562

We are just now starting to go through Kindle Education.

As we have always tried to share, go where the traffic
already is!! Facebook his huge with no end in sight, it
has become part of our culture. Learning how to maximize
your Facebook marketing now is an investment I highly
recommend.
