Last night Dawn and I had tickets
to the Braves/Reds game.
So I pulled up an old video I did several years
ago called “The Power of a Dream” and put it
online so people could view that instead of the
webinar.
NO BIG DEAL, right?
This morning I have nearly a dozen emails from
people asking if they could forward the link to
a family member or friend who needed to hear
the message.
My plans were to take the video offline this morning.
However, since I have had an abnormal amount of
request for it to be forwarded I am going to keep it
up for a few days.
I feel like most of you know my story, it has been
written about in countless number of articles over
the years and featured in multiple industry
publications.
Doing this video was the most emotional and
difficult thing I have ever done on stage. Quite
frankly, I watched it once right after I did it a
and have I no desire to ever watch it again.
We have sold thousands of this on DVD for over
the years, and I know that it has encouraged a lot
of people all over the world, and I am thankful for
that.
So since we sell the DVD, I have no plans to keep this
up longer than a day or two.
There is nothing to sell you, I just hope those who
need some encouragement and inspiration will

There is no question that over the past 30 years the most

or subconscious which ultimately determines
our results in all areas of life.

What have I heard?
People in my area are different, they are not
business minded, they are lazy, they lie, they
don’t have any money, they are negative, they
are looking for a job and not an opportunity.
We have to understand that if you are involved
in network marketing or any entrepreneurial venture,
you are the one that is different! You need to embrace
and cherish the fact that you are abnormal because normal
people don’t make abnormal incomes!
The truth is that 70% of the population who live
anywhere in the world, not just in Local Area,
Kentucky are:
· * NOT BUSINESS MINDED
· *LAZY
· * DON’T TELL THE TRUTH
· * HAVE NO MONEY (Until their TV breaks)
· * NEGATIVE AND SKEPTICAL
· * WOULD RATHER HAVE A GOOD JOB THAN A
REAL OPPORTUNITY
This is a reality that all network marketers
have to come to grips with,if they don’t this
business can be overwhelmingly frustrating.
70% of the population will die broke!
You are not going to change that, I am not going
to change that, and neither is your opportunity!
You are looking for people that are looking for you.
We have to find people that are simply sick and tired
of being sick and tired. They are out there, just drive
by any night school or community college at 7:00 PM any
evening.
Don’t let yourself get caught in the trap of trying to
convince someone they should join you in your business.
If you do, you will end up with a downline full of the wrong
people, that are only there because they couldn’t
tell you no!
The name of the game is sorting through people,
amateurs try to convince people, professionals sort.
How many ways are you using right now to create
leads for your business?
I asked a client this earlier this week. She said I
use Facebook. I said do you mean paid
facebook ads?
She said no, I put messages up about my business
on Facebook every couple of days. I said what else
are you doing, her response, I also have a Twitter
account. I said, that's good, what else?
She said, I really don’t have time for much more right now.
I WANTED TO PUKE!
The truth is there are thousands of people who have
signed up with a network marketing company who waste
all their time playing around with social media and then
wonder why their business isn’t growing.
Don't miss understand me! There is a time and place for
social media! However to depend on that to bring you
in enough new prospects to build your team is not
smart.
My advice to her was to GET REAL ……… OR GET
OUT! To thy own self be true!
To create momentum in your business it requires
Massive numbers.
To think you are going to build a business playing
around on Facebook or doing one or two lead generation
methods is Self-Delusion!
You have to become a master at lead generation if
you want to maximize your potential in this industry.
You are not restricted to only sponsoring people
in Local Area, Kentucky .
Think bigger, understand that tens of thousands
of people get involved with new business opportunities
daily in the United States & Canada not to mention the
rest of the world! The time you are wasting with “Uncle Joe”
is time you could be using to find that person that is looking for
you and sincerely looking for an opportunity.

The 6 Dimensions of MLM Training
The people over at Webster contacted me and asked me
to provide a definition of the term "MLM Leader" …….
NOT REALLY ! But if they did this is what I would say:
A MLM Leader is not determined by their title, position, longevity or even the size of their team or commission checks, but by their ability to help team members move forward & continuously identify and jump their personal growth hurdles until they have developed the skill sets and mind sets necesary to reach their desired destination.
I have been back in Kentucky this weekend for
my grandma’s funeral . She was 99 year old,
just a few days away from her 100th birthday.
Anyway while I was at the office, I started going
through boxes in our warehouse and I found
a few of the most controversial training I have
ever done.
“Network Marketing is a Scam”
This audio was first released in 1999 and we sold over
100,000 in the first 30 days and over 1 Million in the
first year. To say it created a buzz would be a major
understatement.
The material created a huge variation of emotions from
many “gurus”. I actually received an anonymous
death threat for revealing this information to the general
network marketing community.
I realized while working in the office, that I recorded the
information, but like many of the trainings I personally do,
I had never actually listened to it. (I have a problem listening
to myself)
So I bit the bullet, and actually popped in a tape and listened
to it. As I was listening I continually thought, this is even more
applicable today than when I first recorded it.
