When we do activities that are not part of our
comfort zone it is normal to have fear in
the beginning.
However if we persist long enough the
uncomfortable will be comfortable.
Fear of the phone is probably the number
1 fear that holds distributors back. Some
have and some don't. Those that don't
have don't understand why others do .
For many people they have to over come
this fear once and for all if they expect
their business to move forward. You
can conquer this fear, this will help.
Now just because I market on the Internet Marketer, doesn’t mean that I know why my Moms DVD player doesn’t work.
I have avoided learning the techie stuff for years. I love my mother to pieces, but our joke soon came to be when my default answer would be to "Google it". Well, now the answer is to any ‘how-to’ questions is to head over to YouTube.
This is where you go "Dale, I know about YouTube" True, but do you know how many marketing questions you have that can be cleared up by watching a simple YouTube video? Just remember you have a default ‘library’ of answers right at your fingertips.
Now here is the warning. DON’T get lost down the proverbial ‘YouTube Rabbit Hole’ get your answer and get back on your project. If you need an answer, go look it up, but here is the rule – Make sure the tutorial is under 5 minutes and then get back on task.
Otherwise hours have passed and you are wondering how your quick question about a WordPress install has led you here…
(Well, I can tell you the chain of video’s it takes if you like 
Anyways, YouTube is great for marketing, but it is also a VERY useful resource. As long as you don’t get lost when visiting… I have found myself using you tube more and more, because I am more visual and learn better from watching.

Everyone has Fear, that is not a negative
emotion necessarily. However some people
would be described as fearful and that is
beyond debilitating.
I have heard it said fear is:

R eal
Naplin Hill said the way to overcome fear is
to recognize it, then repeat this phrase to
yourself.

then TAKE ACTION.
Overtime, when fear appears, that phrase will
flash in your mind if you memorize it.
Fear can be overcome.
If your enterprise requires you to you the phone
and you are afraid, this will help you.

couple of personal/business questions I would like to ask

QUESTION:
You hear so much about “multiple streams†of income,
when should network marketers attempt to diversify
their income ?
ANSWER
Debbie, this depends on the person. In general this is my opinion.
Most network marketers who are talking about multiple streams of
income and attempting to work multiple companies, have never
made Big income anywhere. They really don’t understand the
difference between network marketing and affiliate marketing.
In 30 years I cannot name 1 person I have ever met who was
making $10,000+ a month in two different companies working
them at the same time!
You should never attempt to create multiple streams of
income from multiple MLM programs under any circumstance.
Network marketing is about residual wealth building. It is not
about creating multiple $100 checks, that is affiliate marketing.
Network marketing is the most challenging, but most rewarding
business model. Leaders must be focused and dedicated to
their opportunity, their company and their team. If they can’t
find a company they can dedicate themselves to then they need
to find a new one.
My advice to all network marketers is to don’t even think
about trying to create another income stream until you have
mastered the skill sets and mindsets it takes in network marketing
and you get your income to a full-time level.
QUESTION: As you know I am at a full-time income and the
business has become easy and systematic for me now
(As you said it would). I am ready to diversify my income
and spend an hour or so a day learning a new business model.
What do you recommend and is there a training program I
should start with?
ANSWER
That depends really on what your ultimate goal is, remember
begin with the end in mind.
If you are looking for some quick, extra cash I recommend
Ebay, but I think you already sell some items on Ebay don’t you?
