9 Steps to Successful Opportunity Meetings

August 28th, 2007

I got this email from a business associate, and thought my answers may help everyone, so I am answering the email here:

Hey Dale & Stephanie,
>
> Nice talking to you guys again at the Top Producers Trip, look forward to seeing you again real soon. Honestly would not mind getting to know you alot better, anyway I do appreciate what you have already done in my life so far.
>
> You have made me see the truth which I had no idea about before and I now know what to do.
>
> I have gone over the material you sent me, over and over again. I am curious about doing the meetings are there any tips are far as the settings. What all materials do you think I need. I have came up with a list, but I know the little things that you would not even realize can make all the difference. Got any tips on that.

 Tim,

Good to hear from you.  We really enjoyed the trip and the time to spend with the Top Leaders. When doing meetings

#1  Always set out less chairs than you expect

#2  Make sure the room is cool

#3  Upbeat music prior to meeting starting

#4  Badges for members and and different color for guest

#5  Keep to a schedule, no longer than 45 minutes

#6  Have applications on hand and hand them out at the end of the presentation

#7  Start ON TIME

#8  Have a Sign in Sheet

#9  Be focussed and excited
"Ignorance on Fire, is Better than Knowledge on Ice"

Continued Success!

Dale
