Even half way around the world, I am reminded that
our real product is people & the Secret is to be
able to put together systems that work for the
masses.

Budapest is a beautiful city, and there are a lot of
familiar businesses like, McDonalds, Burger King,
& Kodak.

These businesses can be duplicated because of
systems.  Systems are duplicatable, personality
is not.

The more you are able to “franchise” your training
the more duplication will occur on your team.
