I was driving home tonight from one of my favorite local restaurants
listening to sports radio.  I am not going to get into all the details
of University of KY football, but our quaterback has  been an issue.
 

The young man that was supposed to be the starter this year got kicked
off the team right before the season started.  So for the most part our
quarter back situation has been shared with a freshman, and a sophomore. 
One of the callers said it didn’t seem like the team “Played for” the
sophomore when he was in the game.


This really started me to think about this concept as it relates to network
marketing.  I have met so many people in the industry who have achieved a
high level in their companies marketing structure but they have very little
if any respect from their downline team. 

WHY IS THIS?

Your team must know you have their best interest in mind.  They must feel
like, if I follow this person, they will take me were I want to go.  As a
leader you must feel like if you follow me, I will take you were you want to go.
